His primary responsibilities include point-of-sale, back office, and price book development, testing, and implementation. James is also responsible for the business to business electronic relationships for merchandise vendors and serves as Chairman on the PCATS Implementation Committee.

James has over 17 years of convenience store experience and has focused in the areas of merchandising analysis, pricebook development, and store automation. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
